A private luxury estate  on Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands is opening its doors for the first time to rentals of its rooms and villas.

The 19-acre Valley Trunk says it is offering Escape Weeks during select shoulder season periods in May and October, which will enable travelers to book one of the estate’s suites and villas individually for a fraction of the usual full estate buy-out price.

The expansive compound includes five individual suites and villas, lush grounds and white sand beaches, land and sea activities and a hospitality staff.

The 2016 Escape Weeks will be offered for seven-night minimum stays during the weeks of May 15, May 22, Oct. 16 and 23, with rates ranging from $2,500 a night for a double-occupancy suite to $6,000 a night for a villa that sleeps six.

Rates include all food and drink; on-property activities; watersports such as glass-bottom kayaking, snorkeling and paddle-boarding; access to the estate’s gym, sauna and floodlit tennis courts; and complimentary transfers to and from Virgin Gorda Airport. Valley Trunk’s private 68-foot yacht, the Xanadu, will also be available for an additional per-person rental fee.
