Holland America Group is no longer an active member of the U.S. Tour Operators Association. USTOA said the membership expired on April 4.

Parent company Carnival Corp. dissolved Holland America Group in 2023 as part of a corporate restructuring. Holland America Group's brands consisted of Princess Cruises, Holland America Line and Seabourn, all of which no longer participate in the USTOA $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program.

All bookings made with the three cruise lines prior to April 4 are still protected under the traveler assistance program. But bookings made after April 4 are not.

Holland America Group had been a USTOA member since 1979. Princess and Holland America do tours in Alaska that include rail trips and stays in their own lodges.
