A new promotion at Outrigger Hotels and Resorts offers guests of two of its Waikiki properties credit toward a future visit if they are unsatisfied with their stay.
The company launched Outrigger Promise to encourage travel and bookings as progress is made in the battle against Covid-19.
"Now that the state of Hawaii Safe Travels protocols are in place, vaccines are becoming available and hope is on the horizon, the Outrigger Promise further inspires travelers to make meaningful memories in one of the most naturally beautiful and culturally rich places on Earth," said Sean Dee, executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Outrigger Hospitality Group. "Here at Outrigger in Waikiki, we're confident that visitors will love their Hawaii vacation with us; if they don't, we'll credit them a future stay. Promise."
To be eligible for the Outrigger Promise promotion guests must book a minimum four-night stay at either Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort or Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger via Outrigger.com or by calling (866) 256-8461. Reservations must be made by May 1 for stays between March 1 and Dec. 21.
Following the stay at one of the two Outrigger properties, if the guest is unsatisfied with their visit, they can call an Outrigger representative at (866) 256-8461 prior to Dec. 21 to receive a credit for a future stay. The guest will be credited for the same property, same room category and no more than the original number of days stayed, up to 14 days. Blackout dates may apply.
The credits must be used by Dec. 21, 2022, and apply to the guest's room rate only, excluding additional costs such as travel, Covid-19 testing, taxes or resort charge, which will be the responsibility of the guest. The offer may only be redeemed once.
