Springboard Hospitality has expanded its roster of Hawaii properties with two additions.
The company has taken over management of the Ohia Waikiki Studio Suites in Honolulu and the Kauai Beach Resort.
Ohia Waikiki Studio Suites, in the center of Oahu's largest resort area, offers 251 apartment-style accommodations, the majority with full kitchens. Amenities include a pool, bar, restaurant and coin-operated laundry facilities.
On the Garden Isle's eastern coast north of Lihue Airport, Kauai Beach Resort boasts 350 rooms on 25 acres and features multiple oceanfront pools, a fitness center and spa.

The properties join a portfolio of more than 35 independent and branded properties throughout the U.S. In 2020, Springboard Hospitality launched its proprietary Hospitality Intelligence platform, which provides customizable technology platforms for each property to deliver streamlined operations and personalized guest experiences.
"We are thrilled to welcome these two exciting hotels to the Springboard Hospitality family as we continue to grow our presence in Hawaii," CEO Ben Rafter said in a release. "As we look toward the rebound of the tourism industry, Springboard is uniquely poised to fill a void for management solutions with a technology-first approach, and we are excited for the year ahead as we continue to strategically grow our portfolio in key gateway cities and leisure destinations like Hawaii."
Springboard Hospitality, which has offices in Los Angeles and Honolulu, was known as OLS Hotels & Resorts until a 2020 rebranding.
