Green Valley Ranch Resort in the Las Vegas suburb of Henderson is undergoing a $200 million propertywide transformation and renovation of its 422 guestrooms and 71 suites.

The transformation began in June on the resort's West Tower, which is set to be completed in the fall. Renovation of the East Tower and South Lobby are expected to be wrapped up in 2026.

The comprehensive refresh of the Mediterranean-inspired resort blends what officials call a contemporary design and timeless sophistication, blending residential warmth with carefully layered textures and intimate details.

"Every room and suite has been completely reimagined with bespoke finishes, refined design and thoughtful touches that cater to the discerning modern traveler," said Ken Janssen, vice president and general manager of Green Valley Ranch.

Additional luxury suites within the East Tower and renovation of the resort's meetings and convention spaces will be unveiled in the coming months.

The in-house team at Station Casinos, which owns and operates Green Valley Ranch, is partnering with Avenue Interior Design for the refit.

New-look rooms and suites

Among the improvements, the resort's 98 deluxe king and 64 double-queen rooms, each 495 square feet, will be fully renovated with shagreen leather, caramel tweed upholstery, sculptural walnut lighting and polished silver accents.

The West Tower's 37 suites, with new furniture and custom wood millwork, will have spa-like bathrooms with floor-to-ceiling ivory onyx stone, oversize vanities, rainfall showers and freestanding soaking tubs.

The 26 executive suites, with patios or balconies, will feature rich walnut wood with polished silver metalwork and burnished brass elements and alabaster block sconces at the entertainment panel.

Each of the eight 1,000-square-foot one-bedroom grand suites combine a living room, dining space and bar area. Powder rooms feature dimensional wallpapers with polished ivory onyx accents. Rich walnut wood provides depth against the silver metalwork and burnished brass highlights. Tweed textiles and abstract are complete the look.

Green Valley Ranch Resort, less than 15 minutes from the Strip and even closer to Harry Reid Airport, includes a 30,000-square-foot spa, an 8-acre pool area, a movie theater and restaurants such as Hank's Fine Steaks & Martinis, Pizza Rock, Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill and Borracha Mexican Cantina.

Deluxe guestrooms (starting from $264 per night plus taxes) are available for booking for stays starting Oct. 1.
