Nobu Hospitality has announced plans for a new hotel and restaurant in Nashville's East Bank district.

The 120-room Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Nashville will be developed as part of Oracle's new East Bank campus project, which the tech giant reportedly plans to establish as its global headquarters.

The property will be home to a ground-level outpost of chef Nobu Matsuhisa's Nobu restaurant as well as a lobby cafe, fitness center, spa facilities, meetings and event space and a rooftop infinity pool offering skyline views.

Nobu Hospitality currently has nearly 20 hotels open globally.

The Nashville announcement comes amid a period of rapid expansion for the luxury lifestyle brand, which also has more than 25 Nobu hotels in the pipeline, including soon-to-open properties in Rome, Barbuda and New York.
