The space-themed Universal Terra Luna Resort officially began welcoming guests at the Universal Orlando Resort.
The 750-room property, which is co-owned and operated by Loews Hotels & Co., is
adjacent to the forthcoming Epic Universe theme park,
which is scheduled to open on May 22. The resort features guestrooms that can accommodate up to four guests with two queen beds. Dining options include the Omega Cafe and Market, which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as Luna Bar in the lobby and the poolside Moonrise Grill and Moonrise Bar.
Other amenities include a pool with hot tub and fire pit, fitness center, game room and a Universal Orlando Resort Store.
Terra Luna's opening follows the recent debut of its 750-room sister property, the Universal Stella Nova Resort earlier this year. Both the Terra Luna and Stella Nova are part of Universal Orlando's Prime Value category of hotels, which sits just above the Value category and promises "a Universal Orlando vacation at an affordable price point."
The Terra Luna Resort joins Universal Orlando's existing portfolio of 10 hotels, with an 11th property, the Universal Helios Grand Hotel, slated to open alongside Epic Universe in May.
