2015 Developments

In late 2015, TPI rebranded itself and launched a consumer-facing website, travelplannersinternational.com. Consumers can find an agent based on 32 types of specializations or go through a "Plan a Trip" process to be matched with a specialist.

Built a new headquarters in Maitland Fla. With a training room that holds up to 60 agents on site, TPI can conduct training face to face and simultaneously use Livestream technology to reach agents remotely and interact as if they are in the room. There is also a dedicated video broadcasting studio to deliver any type of message on behalf of 100-plus preferred supplier partners.

Looking Ahead

Dubbing 2016 as the year of transformation for TPI. Building off new branding and launch of consumer-facing website, TPI has launched an aggressive social media strategy with the goal to educate and attract consumers to the website, driving traffic to our agents. Attracting millennials to work with agents and exposing them to opportunities in the travel industry is a win-win-win situation for TPI, agents and preferred supplier partners.
