AccorHotels' luxury-lifestyle brand SO/ Hotels & Resorts will debut in Havana in early 2020.
The SO/ Havana Paseo del Prado is the first SO/-branded property to open in the Americas. It will be located at the intersection of Paseo de Marti and the Malecon.
The 10-story building will have 250 guest rooms, including 36 suites. Rooms will range in size from 365 square feet to 688 square feet. It will have five food-and-beverage outlets: a specialty restaurant, a rooftop bar, a chocolate cafe bar, a lobby lounge and bar and a signature dining restaurant.
A spa will have six treatment rooms, a fitness center, and a swimming pool with pool bar.
Accor has one hotel in Havana under its Mecure brand, the Hotel Mercure Sevilla Havane.
