Enterprise Rent-A-Car opened new locations at the Dominican Republic's largest airports: Punta Cana, Santo Domingo, Santiago and Puerto Plata.
"The Dominican Republic is an important piece of our planned growth in the region," said Peter Smith, vice president of global franchising for Enterprise Holdings.
Enterprise has locations in 22 destinations throughout the Caribbean and Mexico.
The company also owns National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car. The National brand has been operating in the D.R. since 1974.
