Margaritaville will debut its first West Coast resort this fall with the opening of the Margaritaville Resort Palm Springs.
The project is a reflag of the existing Riviera Palms Springs resort, which is located near downtown Palm Springs and has recently undergone a full renovation.
Set on 16 acres, the new Margaritaville Resort Palm Springs will house 398 rooms, as well as several Margaritaville dining venues with both indoor and outdoor seating.
Additional amenities will include two pools, a spa and more than 40,000 square feet of wedding, meeting and event space.
In addition to the Palm Springs outpost, Margaritaville has unveiled plans to expand further in California, with two conversion projects in San Diego set to open in 2021. They include a reflag of the Hotel Solamar, which will become the Margaritaville Hotel San Diego Gaslamp Quarter, and the Paradise Point Resort & Spa in the Mission Bay neighborhood, which will be converted to the Margaritaville Island Resort San Diego.
