Looking Ahead
Plans to study the effects of Covid-19 pandemic on the travel industry. Exploring the use of its Banx nonrefundable ticket system and proprietary Leap Advisor CRM system for rebooking tickets canceled by such events.
Releasing a well-being travel policy exceptions program, allowing clients to enable optional travel policy exceptions designed to help mitigate traveler stress. For example, corporate clients may opt in so their employees can expense a lounge pass if they have a layover longer than three hours or provide a work-from-home day following trips longer than four days.
