Made significant progress with Avoya 2025 plan, a five-phase roadmap to becoming the No. 1 vacation platform. Completed Phase One on schedule at the end of the year. That phase focused on connecting more travelers with independent agencies in the Avoya Network, increase communication and business intelligence sharing between stakeholders and ultimately streamline efficiencies.
Invested in corporate development by opening Avoya's new Innovation Center, where employees and key stakeholders can inspire and invent together. Facility includes video-first capabilities to better connect staff with remote employees and partners.
Debuted its brand refresh and opened online Avoya Storefront, where independent agencies can purchase top-quality branded items.
Increased Avoya network support by updating the Agent Power travel agency operating system and redesigning Avoya University platform.
Expanded and strengthened supplier partnerships with Avoya Media Solution and Avoya Access. Expanded all-inclusive resort portfolio and hosted its first Land Forum to introduce land partners to network members

During Covid-19 pandemic, Avoya's unique hybrid model (which is both online and homebased) provides services and support to independent agencies in the Avoya Network, supplier partners and travelers. Few changes were needed to adapt Avoya into a 100% home-based operation.
Launched Phase Two of its five-phase plan in January, which will run through June 2021. During this phase, Avoya is focused on new initiatives, technologies and services that will increase traveler demand, expand the Avoya Network and independent agency growth and promote better supplier collaboration and access to network members.
