Employ service robotics (bots) to assist with customer service engagements such as password resets, profile updates, itinerary and invoice retrieval.

Deploy artificial intelligence services into the D2U mobile platform to provide in-app notifications including TSA wait times, traffic, policy management reminders and security related information.
