Acquired Toronto-based travel technology company Umapped, a provider of itinerary management software, in an acquisition sourced through a partnership with Silicon Valley travel technology startup accelerator Plug and Play.

Completed acquisition of European travel companies 3Mundi, including its Sam mobile app, and TravelLink, including TravelLink's Arrivon online booking tool.

Launched CTGO, a tech solution for lightly or unmanaged programs targeting small and midsize businesses, within the agency's Corporate Traveler brand.

Launched new Liberty Travel website and launched the Independent by Liberty Travel home-based agent brand, which is on track to exceed 700 members.
