Increased staffing to make proactive calls to travelers to help them navigate airline schedule changes and waivers and to get them home.

In days leading up to the U.S. travel ban, proactively identified travelers in high-risk areas and where travel restrictions were changing rapidly.   

Developed custom waivers table and paired it with airline ticket-tracking platform to automate the utilization of unused tickets for travelers booking online. As a result, reduce customers' unused-ticket inventory by 45%.
